...flights of crocodiles...

Although I never really watched any of his shows I was gutted to hear that Steve Irwin had died. From what I'd seen of him he seemed like a genuinely decent bloke and obviously loved the animals he spent most of his life around. Conservation has lost one of it's greatest advocates. To all those people whose response to the news is "He deserved it" - shame on you.

I bet he's kicking himself it was a sting-ray that got him and not a crocodile ;)

True! I'm amazed he didn't appear on anyone's dead pool really. He seemed a fairly obvious choice in hindsight!

Hmm, dunno, I didn't sign up for it. I do know that Damo picked Alan Rickman and if he wins I'm going to blame him for the death.

That's a spiteful choice indeed. Still, it could have been worse, it could have been Johnny Depp. Or am I just giving him ideas now?
