Have decamped to my parent's house this week while I'm still off work. Due to the fact they're having their roof done there is scaffold all around the house. This means that :
a) if there's a fire and we need to get out of the upstairs windows in a hurry we may be in a bit of trouble, particularly me with my back problem and mam with her cracked rib, and
b)we can't get a satellite tv signal.
That's right, I've been cut off from my brain rotting tv watching schedule. The only thing I watch during the day now is Neighbours. Gail is back! I'm expecting Jason and Kylie to rock up any day now.

Joe Mangel came back a while ago, but I think Kylie declined. Not sure about Jason.

[By the wya, what's with this beta.blogger.com malarkey? And why can't I use my proper blogger account? Why must I use my gmail account? *grumble grumble* It seems to mean I have the ability to get yet another blog I don't want. *grumble*]
As far as I can tell it's just the latest version of blogger.com. Only difference I've found so far is that it lets you play around more with the layout and colours of the page. I was bored so spent a good hour deciding whether I wanted yellow or read post headings...I really need to get back to work!
Don't know why you're suddenly down as caity rather than pandammonium though. Doesn't seem to be any setting I've changed at this end as far as I can tell.
Hmm. It's my gmail account, that's why, and I'm not happy about it. If I use my proper account, it says, "Sorry, but we were unable to complete your request." Feckers.
I'm using "Other" now.
Emailed them to complain. Will see what they say!

Getting back to daytime telly, you know Doctors? The bloke who used to be the boss of the person(s) you replaced at your last job wrote a few episodes of Doctors.
I didn't think your site was a blogger one anyway? It's all so confusing!
Doctors is the one with James Herriot isn't it? I've watched it a couple of times, not a cow in sight though.
