Did you not see the suicide bomber costumes? The one I saw seems to have been taken down, but Google still has it (as of today, anyway) - it's the boy on the left. It seems he's not alone...
That's a bit of an extreme "Trick" to pull if you don't get any sweets! Back in my day we just muttered under our breath at the mean people. How times change.
